Certified Speaking Professional

Rebecca is committed to continuous learning and growing, especially since that is what she imparts to others. She has demonstrated this striving by receiving the Certified Speaking Professional (CSP) designation conferred by the National Speakers Association (NSA). At the time (1993), the ten-year-old designation had been earned by only 215 people in the world —less than seven percent of the 3700 members of NSA. The CSP is a designation of achievement earned through proven speaking experience. It is awarded to individuals who have completed a comprehensive application process and met criteria set by NSA.

She has been so committed to upholding the high standards of this designation, she served as the CSP Committee Chair.

Certified Management Consultant

Rebecca has earned the professional designation Certifie Management Consultant (CMC) from the Institute of Management Consultants (IMC). She is the fifteenth professional in the world to earn both the CSP and the CMC designations.

Candidates for the CMC undergo a thorough investigation of their consulting experience. They are interviewed by a panel of senior consultants to verify their competence. Additionally candidates must pass a written examination demonstrating their knowledge of the IMC’s Code of Ethics.

With the addition of this designation, Rebecca demonstrates her competence to provide comprehensive professional-development, performance, and people-productivity projects.

Certified Virtual Presenter

The Certified Virtual Presenter designation attests to competency in audio/visual setup, virtual delivery, equipment, and more. When Rebecca earned this designation, she was only one of two in the world to hold all three designations: Certified Speaking Professional (CSP), Certified Management Consultant (CMC), and Certified Virtual Presenter (CVP), along with being one of the first 250 individuals to earn this designation.

Virtual Master Presenter

The Virtual Master Presenter (VMP) designation attests to the highest level of competency in audio/visual set up, virtual delivery, engagement, slide design and use, technical ability, and more. Rebecca co-created this designation with eSpeakers, and created and delivers the 15-hour course that leads to the designation.

She is only the one in the world to hold all four designations.
